Brampton House Prices April 2023

According to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the average Brampton house prices in April 2023 was $1.08 million.

This is an impressive 5.3% rise from the previous March month, but a 14.09% decline compared to April 2022.

In April, 680 homes were sold, and 637 active listings were available. These numbers represent a 7.82% drop in sales and a 50.4% decline in active listings compared to the previous year.

Detached homes were priced at an average of $1,261,074 with a 1.5% monthly increase, but a 16.7% yearly decrease.

Semi-detached homes were priced at an average of $1,018,211, showing a 6.04% monthly increase, but a 10.24% yearly decrease.

Townhomes had an average price of $943,416, with a 3.78% monthly increase and a 7.01% yearly decrease.

Condo townhomes were priced at $734,199 with a 0.73% monthly increase, but a 13.51% yearly decrease. The average cost of Condo was $573,085 with a 1.42% monthly increase, but a 14.9% yearly decrease.

Compared to April 2013, the average sale price for all houses and condos in Brampton has increased by 158.2%.

Brampton house prices is slowly making an upward trend due to low inventory and Bank of Canada holding its Interest Rate at 4.5%.
